POLE FITNESS & DANCE

Pole Fitness & Dance is a great way to get fit while having fun!

Our classes are small, friendly and suitable for all ages and fitness levels - you don't need to be able to hold your own bodyweight to start!

We run adult classes in Bognor, Littlehampton and Chichester. We also run over 50s classes at Laburnum Centre in Bognor - contact the centre direct to book over 50s classes. 

What's involved?

In Pole Fitness and Dance lessons we learn different movements around a pole. This includes movements such as spins and flowing movements, holds like sitting on the pole, and strength moves like climbing.

Some of the movements are upside down (we call them inverts). We spot you when you're learning these, to make sure you don't hurt yourself. You learn the moves at your own pace and there is no pressure to go upside down if you don't want to. 

Close fitting clothing that you feel comfortable in and does not restrict your movements. We train in bare feet or trainers. Avoid baggy clothes, jewellery and zips / catches.

What do I wear?

A water bottle and yourself! You may also want warm clothes to put on at the end, and a sweat towel if you think you need one. Cleaning products are provided in class. 

What should I bring?

Flexible payment methods that reward regular training, so that you can get the most benefit from your classes.  

Classes available six days a week, daytime and evening, across 6 locations in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Chichester.
