AERIAL FITNESS
Aerial Fitness is a great way to get fit while having fun!

Our classes are small, friendly and suitable for all ages and fitness levels - you don't need to be able to hold your own bodyweight to start! All equipment is fully adjustable for height, so we can work with students at all levels.

We run adult and children's classes in our aerial venue in Bognor.
What's involved?
Here is a brief description of some of the types of aerial equipment we use:
Aerial hoop
A metal ring, covered in fabric tape for grip. Students learn moves under, in and on the top of the hoop.
Aerial silks
Two pieces of stretchy fabric. Students learn moves holding onto the silks, knotting them together or wrapping themselves in them.
Aerial sling
One piece of fabric attached to the ceiling at each end, creating a hanging loop. Students learn moves under or in the loop of fabric.

What do I wear?
Close fitting clothing that you feel comfortable in and does not restrict your movements. We train in bare feet or trainers. For aerial, you may want to have your legs and armpits covered. Avoid baggy clothes, jewellery and zips / catches.
What should I bring?
A water bottle and yourself! You may also want warm clothes to put on at the end, and a sweat towel if you think you need one. Cleaning products are provided in class.
